I started Chosen Creatures because I was struggling to find queer social events in Savannah. It began as an events calendar, an aggregate of local LGBTQ+ happenings, then I started throwing my own events in Savannah. I had plans to form a 501(c)7 non-profit, but it wasn’t in the cards. I did all the promotional work in Canva out of necessity; I am not a graphic designer!
